Chocolate ganache

Two ingredients and ten minutes. Use it warm as a glaze, or let it cool to spread and pipe.

Chocolate ganache

Method

  1. Heat the cream in a medium pot until bubbles start to form around the edge.
  2. Take it off the heat, add the chocolate and leave for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until the chocolate has melted into the cream, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
